It Has Been a While (Let Us Talk)

Well, it's been a long time. And that is quite simply because of life! I mean really, just a lots of drama and stuff. I've just had a lot of stuff on my mind. Quite honestly, I have just been putting on the smile when in reality I have not been focused and can't think straight. I'll keep it to myself for now, but I may talk about it eventually. Even though not talking about my thoughts and feelings is my main problem.

But in lighter news, I have started writing again! And by again, I mean after maybe like two or three years. I used to write stories on DeviantArt, just little fantasy stories, with dragons and magic and that stuff. However after a while, having all of those ideas started to weigh me down, and I ended up stopping like three chapters in. The problem was I wanted to do other stuff, but never knew what.

(Nowadays, I have been having the same problem of managing all of my creative endeavors along with normal work and life)

However, after a long time- I have found inspiration for writing again. Mostly free-style poems and that type of stuff. Yeah, I know- I'm an idiot who writes poetry, but it actually does help to get the creative juices flowing for my visual interest (Graphic Design, Photo Editing, etc.), and it helps me talk about and deal with my issues in a proper, positive manner. It helps me to be happier, keeps me away from bad 'habits', and helps me talk about my anxiety and stress in a creative manner.

And since I've mentioned that, I may as well mention I have actually wrote down the lyrics of at least four songs. The problem is trying to make instrumentals for them. I'm sure I'll find something eventually, but for now they are in my notebook.

Anyways, just wanted to say- I'm not dead. At least not on the outside.
